How do I contact the box office?

You can call 239-543-8368 Office hours 9:00am to 4:00pm.

 

What are the normal hours of operation for the Civic Center?

Office hours 9:00am to 4:00pm. Monday through Friday.

 

How do I get to the Lee Civic Center?

If you are coming from Lee County, take I-75 North to exit 143. Turn right and head East for 3 mile. Lee Civic Center will be on your left. 

If you are coming from North of Lee County, take I-75 South to exit 143. Turn left at the light, and head East for 3 miles. Lee Civic Center will be on your left.

How do I get pricing information about renting the Civic Center for an event

Can I camp at the Lee Civic Center?

No, you will not be able to camp at the Lee Civic Center unless you are a vendor associated with the current show going on. The Lee Civic Center Campground is not open to the public.

 

I'm a vendor and would like to camp, how much does it cost and what paperwork do I need? 

Camping at the Lee Civic Center is reserved for Vendors only. Full hook-up camping is $35 per night. Dry camping is $25 per night.

Where do I purchase tickets to the Fair or other events?

You can purchase tickets by clicking on any "Get Tickets" button on any page. Or Click HERE

 

You can also purchase tickets at any of our outlets:

Williams Hardware, Hayloft Western Wear, All First Bank Locations, Mary Lou's Western Wear.  

 

I did not make an account, how do I get my tickets from the website?

Click HERE and put in the email address you used to purchase the tickets and the random password that was sent to your email. If you did not receive a random password, click on the "Forgot Password" and follow the steps. We will email you a new password to obtain your tickets.

 

I purchased tickets online, my card was charged and did not receive my tickets via email... How do I get my tickets?

Do you have  a will call?

No we currently do not have a will call. You can either purchase tickets online by clicking on any "Get Tickets" button or Click HERE 

 

Can I purchase tickets when I get to the Civic Center or Fair Grounds?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at the ticket booths located in-front of the Civic Center.

 

Is there a transaction fee for tickets purchased online?

Yes. Depending on the type of event, the transaction fee will be between $1.50 and $2.00.

 

Is there a transaction fee for tickets purchased at the outlets?

No. There is no transaction fee for tickets purchased at any of our outlets.

 

Are taxes included in the price of the ticket?

Yes. Taxes are included in each ticket price.

 

Is parking included in the ticket price.

No. Unless otherwise stated on the ticket. The Lee Civic Center charges $5 per vehicle for parking.  

 

Civic Center

 

How much does it cost to rent the Civic Center?

Each event is different, therefore there is not a standard price. Please click HERE to see an example of the estimate sheet.

 

Can I see a list of the estimate cost?

Are the dates that I want available?

Just let us know what date(s) you would like and we will check for you. Click HERE to fill out the information form and then click submit. We will respond with an answer within 24 hours.

 

Do I have to get my own insurance?

Yes, you will be required to obtain your own insurance. You can do that by clicking HERE.  You must list Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair Association, Inc., and the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, Florida, as additional insureds under this policy.

 

Can I bring alcohol to my event at the Civic Center?

No. You CANNOT bring your own alcohol to your event. No Alcoholic Beverages. User shall not allow beer, wine, hard liquor, or any other alcoholic beverage to be sold, given away, used or consumed anywhere on the Facility grounds except as provided by Fair. If it is found that User violates this provision in any way, Fair Association shall immediately terminate the Event and User will be required to vacate the premises immediately, and will forfeit all damages deposit.  Should User’s rental package include an alcohol provision, Fair Association will verify legal drinking age of persons attempting to access the alcohol, and provide staff to pour and monitor pour area.  It is understood that Fair Association’s staff providing this service does not relieve the User of its own independent responsibility to ensure there is no underage or inappropriate drinking.

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?  

Yes, you can bring your own food for your party and your own Non-alcoholic drinks. Catering is at your discretion. We do not cater for you. 

 

Whaley Hall

 

How much does it cost to rent the Whaley Hall?

$2,495.00 + $500.00 refundable damage deposit. This is the base price for an event with 250 people or less.

How much is the "Save the Date" payment?

$200.00 which will be paid upon verbal agreement that you would like to save that date for your event, and/or until a contract agreement can be signed.

 

What is included in the rental price?

Access to building the day prior to the event between 8:00am-5:00pm.

8:00am-11:59pm on day of event.

Tables, Chairs, A/C, Utility Cost, Porter & Security Staff, Event Director, Use of kitchen with ice machine, Warmers for food if need.

 

Do I have to get my own insurance?

What is the very latest my party can go until?

Your party can go until 11:59pm. All parties will end at 11:59pm. You will then have two (2) hours to vacate the building or run the risk of being charged $50 per hour for every hour after 2:00am.

 

How much will it cost for a party with more than 250 people?

  • 251-275 people = $50 (extra)
  • 276-300 people= $100 (extra)
  • 301-325 people = $310 (extra)
  • 326-350 people = $360 (extra)
  • 351-400 people = $450 (extra)

*** Maximum of 400 persons per party. ***

** Please note that any party with 300 people or more attending, will require (1) Lee County Sheriff's Deputy at and additional cost of $40 per hour at a minimum of 4 hours. **

 

What type of tables and chairs do you have?

We have 50 - 60" white round tables that sit 3.5 ft. off the floor.

We have 50 - 58" white round tables that sit 3.5 ft. off the floor.

We have 200 - 8ft long wood tables.

We have white, brown and blue (with pad) chairs.

 

      

 

      

 

 

Can I come see the Whaley Hall prior to renting it?

Yes, you will need to call the Civic Center at 239-543-8368 Monday through Friday 9:00am-4:00pm to schedule a appointment to see the Whaley Hall. Whaley Hall is only shown on Tuesdays of each week unless other arrangements are made.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Fair

 

Can I purchase tickets online?

I can't print my tickets, what should I do?

Click HERE and then click on LOGIN and put in the email address you used to purchase the tickets and the random password that was sent to your email. If you did not receive a random password, click on the "Forgot Password" and follow the steps. We will email you a new password to obtain your tickets.

 

Can you scan my ticket from my mobile device? 

Yes as long as it is the PDF that was sent to your email. Taking pictures of your ticket with your smart phone sometimes will not work. Please remember that  you cannot use only the bar code, you will need to be able to view the entire ticket.

 

Can I leave the Fair Grounds and come back on the same day?

No. Once you have entered the Fair Grounds and scanned your ticket you will not be able to re-enter without purchasing another entry ticket. There is no re-entry on any night of the Fair.  

 

What are the dates to this year's Fair?

February 23rd through March 5th, 2017

 

When do Mega Passes go on Sale?

Mega Passes will go on sale on Black Friday, November 27, 2016. At all outlets and online.

When is Moonlight Madness?

Moonlight Madness happens on both Friday nights of the Fair. This year those dates are Feb 24th and March 3rd. Moonlight Madness starts at 8pm on those nights.

 

Can I use my Mega Pass during Moonlight Madness?

Yes, you can use your Mega Pass during Moonlight Madness. A Mega Pass can only be used any day of the Fair this year. 

 

How much does it cost to park?

Parking is always FREE at the Fair!

  

How much does it cost to get in?

Depending on the day, the prices will change. This year the price list can be found below:

Advanced Adult - $8.00 (ages 12 and up)

Advanced Child - $4.00 (ages 6-11)

Adult - $10.00 (ages 12 and up)

Child - $5.00 (ages 6-11)

Moonlight Madness - $25.00

Mega Pass - $25.00 (On sale until Feb 26th, Click HERE to get yours before its to late!

Sneak Peak - $15.00
